4. Shipping and Delivery:

Lead Times: Custom items are imported from overseas, typically with lead times of approximately 14-16 weeks. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and specific order details. Delivery by air will take approximately 8 weeks.
Shipping Costs: Costs for shipping are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the items.
 
Warranty Information:
Bethel International warrants most of its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Acts of nature such as lightning, power surges, or other environmental factors
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
